  1. Hi and thanks for a blogful of good info. I was going strong on my fitness quest and pooped out for no good reason. Now I am back to square one. BLAH.

      well thats ok! dont worry i am a slacker at times as well. Its just getting back into it and trying to find your groove so you get on a steady workout schedule and consistently eat nutritional things. you can do it! and if you need any help i am here! :-)
