Have you ever looked through your iPod and thought to yourself…”I really wish I had some new/different songs to work out to!”…well you are in luck!

Today I am going to suggest some great upbeat songs that you can add to your music library to help you get through your workout routine!

If any of you are like me, I can not make it through a long workout session without some great songs to keep me motivated and going! Hope that some of these suggestions will help keep you going through your workout!

  1. Great list! I love the whole Jay-Z/Linkin Park collab – one of my faves. You should also check out Hoobastank’s “Crawling in the Dark” and Jimmy Eat World’s “The Middle”. I love’s me some rap so anything by PE or Tu-Pac (as long as it isn’t too sexist) is great and my default genre is rock so I find Living Color (“Cult of Personality”) or even Van Halen (“Running with the Devil!” Ha!) is fun. Also love early Kelly Clarkson and Pink (“Try too Hard”). What else? There is so much good stuff!

    My favorite running songs to get me going/keep me going are “Ali in the Jungle” by the Hours and “Remember the Name” by Fort Minor. I’ll have to test out some of these songs. I need some new ones to add to the rotation!

      yes that is also a great song!!! yea i have tons of songs in my workout playlist. i like to keep things upbeat and i like to have a variety of things to listen 2!
